These terms and conditions apply to all users (including casual browsers) whether or not a registration process has been completed.
Description of Services
We endeavour to ensure that all specifications and prices are correct on the website, however we reserve the right to alter prices and specifications as necessary. Goods supplied are not for resale. Contact us if you are interested in becoming a distributor or retailer. All products and offers are subject to availability.

All text, sound, software, photographs, music, graphics, video, page layouts, design and other material that is contained on our web site or is part of our services, is protected by our and their copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws.
We own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights (including all copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets) in connection with and in all versions of the website and our services, the software we use to operate the website and services and any data (including data obtained from you during the registration process) generated by users of the web site and services. Orders are for the personal, non-commercial use of our customers. Contact us if you are interested in becoming a distributor or retailer. Multiple orders deemed to be commercial quantities will not be accepted.
Please note, local import duties may be payable on receipt.

We are not responsible for the availability of these websites, nor will we be liable in any way for any loss or damage which you may suffer by using those websites.
Any photos uploaded to our website will be checked for suitability before publishing. By providing photos you confirm that you are legally allowed to do so and that you are not infringing any statutory provisions and/or third-party rights. Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, you may do so at any time before completing your order. Once you've hit the "Complete" button after entering the payment method, you cannot amend your order, so please send us an email right away to email@example.com.
Consumer Right to Cancel
If you wish to exercise your rights to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations in full you will need to inform us in writing - either in a letter or by email within 14 days of the delivery. We will then refund the outward postage costs, up to our standard delivery charge of £3.50, but you will need to pay to get the goods back to us.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO TARIFFS, CUSTOMS DUTIES AND ASSOCIATED ASSESSMENTS. Inquire locally. These fees may include Import Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. Note: All orders are shipped from the UK.
Be aware that if you refuse a package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for the shipping and additional fees required to return the package to us.
For information on shipping costs, methods and delivery times, please see our shipping page or contact us. We will do our best to follow instructions given on shipping notes but this is not possible in all cases. For any special requests, please do get in touch.
Firepot accepts: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. All orders will be processed by Outdoorfood Ltd.
Return Policy and Procedures
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can simply return any item within 14 days of purchase for a refund or to exchange the product. Please read all sections of our Return Policy and Procedures to ensure your product(s) can be returned and any specific information regarding your purchase.
You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods so please ensure that you do not damage the item(s) or packaging before returning to us. If reasonable care has not been taken of the item, we reserve the right to refund you in full minus any amount by way of compensation either to repair the item or cover any loss.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your meals to us. If you are wanting to exchange your meals, we will cover the cost of returning the exchange item to you.
If you return an item to us outside the 14-day return period, excluding faulty, incorrect, incorrectly described, or damaged goods, we reserve the right to not offer you a refund. We may instead return the item to you, for which you may be charged the standard UK delivery fee.
Provided you have notified us that you are returning your order within the 14-day window, you will be entitled to a full refund, including delivery charges. Please be aware that we are unable to provide a refund of delivery charges when only part of your order is being returned.
To return an item to Firepot, please use the delivery invoice to explain the reason for the return, if you haven’t already done so by email or in writing.

Once we receive the returned items, we will send you the exchanged items or issue you a full refund for the products.
