Refer a friend
When you recommend Firepot to a friend, you'll both earn 500 points the moment they make their first order. Send us your details below to generate a unique referral link, or look in your rewards pop-up window to find the link whenever you need it.

Points
You can earn Firepot points in a number of ways:
- Through any purchase made on firepotfood.com
- With a referral: if a friend buys from our website, you'll both accrue points
- By returning pouches to us through the Pouch Recycling Scheme
You can then choose to save up your points, or redeem them against future orders.
When you sign up for the scheme, you'll immediately receive 500 points (worth £5). You can exchange these points for a coupon (or choose from a range of other rewards) on your next online purchase.
Both points and rewards expire after 12 months of inactivity on your Loyalty account.
There is no limit to how many points you can earn.
Referrals
With our referral scheme, points are automatically credited to your account when your friend makes a purchase. Both of you will automatically receive £5 once the order is confirmed.
Credit is only available to Loyalty Scheme members. Please make sure you have signed up to the scheme to access your points. If something still looks wrong, please contact us on info@firepotfood.com.
